近日,由国际食品科技联盟、中国食品科学技术学会、国家食品安全风险评估中心共同主办的2015年国际食品安全大会在北京举行。针对业界关注的食品安全热点,此次大会期间特设六大专题,即食品安全标准与检测技术、食品安全风险交流、食品掺假与最新检测技术、食品安全风险预警与监控、食品安全可追溯体系建设、食品产业链安全与管理。现将参与交流与讨论的专家与企业代表的精彩观点采撷如下,以飨读者。
Recently, the 2015 International Food Safety Conference, co-hosted by the International Federation of Food Science and Technology, China Institute of Food Science and Technology and the National Food Safety Risk Assessment Center, was held in Beijing.
