市建三○六队从去年下半年开始,在15幢工房建造中,改变传统的随结构施工脚手架逐排逐层向上搭设的作法,在结构施工阶段用附墙式安全网,仅在装饰施工阶段搭脚手架,取得较好的效果。附墙立式安全网每榀重约130公斤,由脚手管、机件、安全网组合而成。墙体砌筑到800毫米高度(二皮砖块)时,在长墙上利用砌块或砖墙灰浆缝每隔2750毫米(二山墙每隔2000~2300毫米)留置20×100毫米孔洞。在底层结构完成后安装底座,如遇窗盘,可用铁销扎进下一皮灰缝中,底座用10~#铅丝固定于铁销上。安装网架时,将竖杆插入底座,在楼板面处用10~#铅丝把网架横楞与预制板吊钩相连,使竖杆距墙150毫米左右,长
