Quality education is a localization concept put forward by China’s education circle in the late 1980s. As a kind of educational thought or educational value idea, its original intention lies in the rectification: correcting one-sided pursuit of the one-sidedness of primary school education and correcting the excessive specialization of education. After years of research and discussion, educational theory circles have reached some consensus on such issues as quality education, quality connotation and characteristics. Scholars have realized that quality education is an open system and a system of development and there should be no fixed
