目的应用PRECEDE模式探讨影响医务人员手卫生行为的三类因素,为后期进行有效的干预提供参考依据。方法基于PRECEDE模式理论,自行设计调查问卷,对2015年12月-2016年1月医院149名临床医务人员进行调查,数据采用SPSS 20.0软件进行统计分析。结果本次调查共发放问卷150份,收回有效问卷149份,有效回收率为99.33%;倾向因素方面,不同性别、工龄、受教育程度、职称的医务人员手卫生指征、相关知识得分差异无统计学意义,医生、护士以及医技人员手卫生指征得分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);工作繁忙和洗手设施不便是影响医务人员手卫生的主要促成因素;缺少奖惩和有效监控是主要的强化因素。结论医院感染管理部门应充分考虑倾向因素、促成因素和强化因素对医务人员手卫生行为的影响,加强教育、改善手卫生设施、强化监督,综合采取多种干预措施提高医务人员手卫生依从性,保障医务人员和患者安全。
Objective To explore three types of factors that affect the hand hygiene behavior of medical staffs by using PRECEDE model and provide reference for effective intervention in the later period. Methods Based on the PRECEDE model theory, the questionnaire was designed by ourselves. A total of 149 clinical medical staff in the hospital from December 2015 to January 2016 were investigated. The data were analyzed by SPSS 20.0 software. Results A total of 150 questionnaires were sent out and 149 valid questionnaires were retrieved. The effective recovery rate was 99.33%. In the aspect of propensity factors, there was no difference in relevant knowledge between medical staff with different sex, length of service, educational attainment and professional title Statistical significance, doctors, nurses and medical staff hand hygiene indications score difference was statistically significant (P <0.05); busy work and inconvenience of hand washing facilities is the main handicap of medical staff impact; lack of rewards and punishment and effective monitoring is The main strengthening factor. Conclusion The hospital infection control department should give full consideration to the influence of the propensity factor, the contributing factor and the strengthening factor on the hand hygiene behavior of the medical staff, strengthen the education, improve the hand hygiene facilities, strengthen the supervision and comprehensively take various intervention measures to improve the hand hygiene compliance of the medical staff, Ensure medical staff and patient safety.
