天然气 /柴油双燃料发动机的排放指标受多种因素的制约 ,其中作为引燃燃料——柴油的供油提前角变化对发动机排放特性影响较大。试验结果表明 ,在可调节的供油提前角范围内 ,双燃料发动机排放中的 THC相差 3倍以上 ,CO相差近 1 .5倍左右 ,NOx 相差 1 .5倍左右。而且 ,在保证原机标定功率和动力性的基础上 ,双燃料发动机的供油提前角需要适当调整 ,并存在最佳供油提前角 ,保证良好的排放性能。
The emission index of natural gas / diesel dual-fuel engine is restricted by many factors. Among them, the variation of fuel supply advance angle as the pilot fuel-diesel has a great influence on the engine emission characteristics. The experimental results show that the THC of the dual-fuel engine is more than 3 times higher than that of the dual-fuel engine within the range of adjustable fuel advance angle, the difference of CO is about 1.5 times, and the NOx difference is about 1.5 times. Moreover, on the basis of ensuring the calibration power and power of the original engine, the advance angle of the fuel supply of the dual-fuel engine needs to be properly adjusted, and the optimal fuel supply advance angle exists to ensure good emission performance.
