各位代表: 从第一届人民代表大会第一次会议到这次会议的召开,共经历了四年又三个月的时间。在这个时期,全省的政治经济形势同全国各地一样,愈盆向着有利于广大人民群众,而唯独不利于一切剥削阶级和帝国主义的方向发展。在全省范围内社会主义革命不仅在经济战线上、而且也在政治战线上和思想战线上已经取得了决定性的胜利;同时,第一个五年计划,已经胜利地完成和超额完成了。这四年是胜利前进的四年,虽然曾经发生过一些波折和困碓,但是从总的方面看,成绩是根本的,所取得的 Dear Delegates: From the first meeting of the first National People’s Congress to the convening of this meeting, we have had a total of four years and three months.
