应用放射配基结合法观测了甲状腺切除术复制的甲低阳虚兔模型心、肾β受体的变化以及温补肾阳方药对其的影响。结果初步表明,甲低组兔心脏β受体最大结合容量低于对照组和中药组(P<0.05);其肾脏β受体亦较对照组和中药组有减少趋势,但差异不显著(P>0.05);中药组与对照组比较,差异均不显著(P>0.05)。
The changes of cardiac and renal β-receptors in hyperthyroidism rabbit models with thyroidectomy and the effects of warming and supplementing kidney-yang herbs were observed by radioligand binding assay. The results preliminarily showed that the maximum binding capacity of cardiac β-receptors in the low-grade group was lower than that in the control group and the traditional Chinese medicine group (P<0.05); the β-receptors in the kidney were also decreased compared with the control group and the traditional Chinese medicine group, but the difference was not significant (P>0.05). >0.05); Chinese medicine group compared with the control group, the difference was not significant (P> 0.05).
