目的 对比研究经高强度聚焦超声 (HIFU)及经 6 5℃高温水浴 1小时处理后制成的固化瘤苗的细胞免疫效应。方法 将小鼠H2 2 肝癌细胞分别用HIFU及 6 5℃高温水浴 1小时处理 ,制成固化瘤苗 ,并将两种方法制得的瘤苗同时接种于不同的小鼠 ,以抵抗同源H2 2 癌细胞 1.0× 10 7/ml攻击 ,比较其抑瘤率和 6周内生命延长率。结果 经HI FU处理制成的瘤苗其抑瘤率和 6周内生命延长率均显著高于经高温水浴法制得者 (P <0 .0 0 5 )。结论 HIFU瘤苗组具有明显优于高温瘤苗组的细胞免疫效应 ,HIFU是一种制备肿瘤疫苗的好方法
Objective To compare the cellular immune effects of solidified tumor vaccines prepared by high-intensity focused ultrasound (HIFU) and a high temperature water bath at 65°C for 1 hour. Methods Mouse H2 2 hepatocarcinoma cells were treated with HIFU and high temperature water bath at 65°C for 1 hour to prepare solidified tumor vaccines. The tumor vaccines prepared by the two methods were simultaneously inoculated into different mice to resist homologous H2. 2 Cancer cells were attacked at 1.0×10 7 /ml, and their tumor inhibition rates and life extension rates within 6 weeks were compared. Results The antitumor rate and prolongation of life of the tumor vaccines prepared by HI FU treatment were significantly higher than those prepared by the high-temperature water bath method (P < 0.05). Conclusion The HIFU tumor vaccine group is superior to the cell immune effect of the high temperature tumor vaccine group. HIFU is a good method for preparing tumor vaccines.
