研究表明,甜菜夜蛾在相对湿度44.3%~100.0%范围内,卵孵化率在90%以上;化蛹对土壤含水量具有选择性,含水量高不利于化蛹;蛹浸水24h存活率明显降低。成虫补充营养,平均产卵948.4粒/雌,每雌平均交配2.4次;无补充营养,平均产卵268.2粒/雌,每雌平均交配0.6次。在长沙和深圳市郊共查到7种幼虫寄生蜂,以材Microplitis sp.待定)和Microplitis ablotibialis (Telenga)2种为主要蜂种。各虫态最短的发育历期出现在33~35℃之间,发育速率对温度的反应呈非线性关系,可用王氏模型加以较好地拟合。
The results showed that the egg hatching rate of Spodoptera exigua was more than 90% in the range of 44.3% -100.0% of relative humidity. The pupae were selective to the soil water content, and the high water content was not conducive to pupation; . The average number of eggs spawned was 948.4 grains / female, with an average of 2.4 mating per female. Without nutritional supplementation, the average number of eggs laid was 268.2 grains / female, with an average of 0.6 mating per female. Seven species of larvae parasitoid were found in Changsha and Shenzhen suburbs, with two species of Microplitis sp. (Telenga) as their major bee species. The shortest developmental period of each worm state occurred between 33 and 35 ℃. The response rate of development rate to temperature showed a nonlinear relationship, which could be well fitted by Wang’s model.
