目的研究杭白菊、珍珠粉、当归、丹参组方增加胶原蛋白后对D-半乳糖诱导裸鼠皮肤衰老模型的改善作用,筛选疗效好的中药组方。方法裸鼠sc D-半乳糖1 000 mg/(kg.d)建立亚急性衰老模型,通过检测机体的抗氧化能力、羟脯氨酸(Hyp)、透明质酸、皮肤含水量及胶原纤维、弹性纤维、皮肤组织学等指标,考察2种复方是否具有抗氧化及延缓皮肤衰老的功效。结果杭白菊、珍珠粉、当归、丹参组方增加胶原蛋白后具有改善衰老模型裸鼠皮肤含水量,增加皮肤超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、I型胶原蛋白、Hyp的量;减少皮肤中丙二醛(MDA)生成的作用,同时能显著改善衰老裸鼠皮肤形态学改变,增加胶原蛋白后组方作用的综合指标强于原组方。结论杭白菊、珍珠粉、当归、丹参组方增加胶原蛋白后对D-半乳糖诱导衰老模型裸鼠皮肤衰老具有显著改善作用。
Objective To study the improvement of D-galactose-induced aging model of skin in nude mice by adding collagen to Chrysanthemum morifolium, pearl powder, angelica and salvia miltiorrhiza, and to screen the traditional Chinese medicine prescription with good curative effect. Methods A sub-acute aging model was established by sc-galactose at 1000 mg / (kg · d) in nude mice. The anti-oxidative capacity, hydroxyproline (Hyp), hyaluronic acid, Elastic fibers, skin histology and other indicators to examine whether the two compounds have antioxidant and anti-aging effect of the skin. Results Chrysanthemum, pearl powder, angelica and Salvia miltiorrhiza prescriptions could increase the skin moisture of the aging model mice and increase the amount of the skin superoxide dismutase (SOD), type I collagen and Hyp, and reduce the content of C Dialdehyde (MDA) formation, at the same time can significantly improve the morphological changes of the skin of aging nude mice, increase the effect of collagen after prescription is stronger than the original group prescription. Conclusion Chrysanthemum, pearl powder, Chinese angelica and Salvia miltiorrhiza prescriptions can significantly improve the skin aging induced by D-galactose in nude mice after adding collagen.
