为了改善普通乳化沥青混合料的路用性能,按照固化剂:水性环氧树脂=3:7的比例制备了水性环氧乳化沥青;对传统冷补料的成型方法进行修正,通过车辙试验、低温弯曲试验、浸水马歇尔试验及冻融劈裂试验研究了水性环氧树脂掺量对混合料路用性能的影响。同时将水性环氧乳化沥青混合料与普通沥青混合料、SBS改性沥青混合料的路用性能进行对比。结果表明:当水性环氧树脂掺量在15%左右时,混合料的各项性能可达到较优的状态;与普通沥青混合料、SBS改性沥青混合料相比,水性环氧乳化沥青混合料具有良好的高温稳定性、低温抗裂性能和水稳定性。
In order to improve the road performance of ordinary emulsified asphalt mixture, water-based epoxy emulsified asphalt was prepared according to the ratio of curing agent: water-based epoxy resin = 3: 7.
