2011年6月13下午,由四川省工商联川菜调料商会、四川省饭店餐饮与娱乐行业协会、四川省美食家协会、四川省花椒协会主办的“2011首届全国麻辣与调味品产业大会”新闻发布会在成都举行。会上,众多企业家们一致表示,以本次大会为契机,推动全国麻辣与调味产业相关产业链的生态健康发展,为关乎民生大计的食品安全尽一份企业的责任和良心。藤椒调味品是川式调味里不可缺席的一员,而目前藤椒行业存在藤椒油中添加花椒油、“毒花椒”、无证小企业在恶劣环境
On the afternoon of June 13, 2011, “2011 First National Hot Spicy and Condiment Industry Conference” sponsored by Sichuan Confederation of Sichuan Condiments, Sichuan Restaurant and Entertainment Industry Association, Sichuan Foodies Association and Sichuan Zanthoxylum Association Conference held in Chengdu. At the meeting, many entrepreneurs unanimously expressed the view that taking this conference as an opportunity to promote the healthy development of the ecological environment in the industry chain related to spicy and seasoning industries in the whole country, and to make a corporate responsibility and conscience for food safety related to people’s livelihood. Vinegar condiment is an indispensable part of Sichuan seasoning, while the present vinegar industry there is pepper oil added pepper oil, “poison pepper”, undocumented small businesses in harsh environments
