用“四看”(是非、困难、矛盾、名利)理念和标准选拔任用干部,这是中共大庆市委以科学发展观为指导,深入贯彻党的干部路线方针政策,尤其是《党政领导干部选拔任用工作暂行条例》,全面总结党的干部教育培养、选拔任用工作的成功经验,依据新形势、新要求,坚持解放思想、创新理念作出的重大战略举措。深入贯彻落实“四看”理念和标准,对我们选准用好干部,努力建设一支政治强、业务精、作风正的领导干部队伍,具有重要的现实意义和深远的历史意义。
