依据正交实验研究了电熔剂净化法时渣剂种类、渣层厚度和电流强度对ZAlSi7Mg合金元素的影响,利用直读光谱仪和万能力学试验机测量了ZAlSi7Mg净化前后的化学成分及力学性能。研究发现,经电熔剂净化过的ZAlSi7Mg合金中,Si、Fe、Cu、Mn含量基本不变,Mg元素含量波动较明显;在净化过程中,各影响因素对合金元素含量的影响作用从大到小为电流大小,渣剂种类,渣层厚度;净化后的铝合金抗拉强度为286.8 MPa,同时伸长率也有一定程度地提高,均明显高于净化前的。
The effects of slag type, slag layer thickness and current intensity on the elements of ZAlSi7Mg alloy were studied by orthogonal experiments. The chemical composition and mechanical properties of ZAlSi7Mg alloy before and after purification were measured by direct reading spectrometer and universal mechanical testing machine. The results show that the content of Si, Fe, Cu and Mn in the ZAlSi7Mg alloy purified by electrofusion flux basically keeps unchanged, and the content of Mg element fluctuates obviously. In the purification process, the effect of all influencing factors on the alloying elements’ Small current size, slag type, slag layer thickness; purified aluminum alloy tensile strength of 286.8 MPa, while elongation also increased to some extent, were significantly higher than before purification.
