高炉出铁场电收尘器研制及在武钢5号高炉(即新3号高炉)的应用科技成果,在湖北省科委的主持下,于1993年4月3日通过技术鉴定。武钢5号高炉(3200m~3)出铁场除尘系统采用了A、B二台224m~2电收尘器,每台设计处理烟气量68万m~3/h,设计排放浓度100mg/m~3。该电收尘器于1991年10月19日投入生产,至今已正常运行一年半,经测定,烟尘排放浓度倪为18~28mg/m~3,除尘效率达96.69%~98.3%。通常认为,高炉出铁场烟尘比电阻偏高,不宜采用电收尘器,所以国内大型高炉出铁场除尘一般采用袋式除尘器,国外也仅
