本文分析了离心式压气机工作的不稳定性,特别是整个增压系统的不稳定性,是压气机喘振的主要原因。喘振会危及废气涡轮增压器的正常运行,导致气流参数大幅度变化,柴油机性能严重恶化。本文同时阐述了增压柴油机发生喘振的内在机理和系统因素,介绍几种新颖的防喘措施。这些方法既可以扩展压气机的稳定工作范围,又可以改善增压柴油机性能。
This paper analyzes the instability of the centrifugal compressor work, especially the instability of the entire supercharging system, which is the main reason of the compressor surge. Surge will endanger the normal operation of the exhaust gas turbocharger, resulting in substantial changes in air flow parameters, diesel performance deteriorated severely. This paper also elaborates the internal mechanism and system factors of surge in turbocharged diesel engine and introduces several novel anti-asthma measures. These methods can not only expand the stable operating range of the compressor, but also improve the performance of the turbocharged diesel engine.
