目的 建立白芍总苷胶囊中芍药苷高效毛细管电泳的含量测定方法。方法 测定条件 ,运行缓冲液 5 0mmol·L-1硼砂缓冲液 (pH 10 .6 ) ;操作电压 2 0kV ;检测波长 2 30nm。结果 测定芍药苷的线性范围为 0 .0 6 2 5~ 1.0mg·ml-1,r =0 .9995 ;白芍总苷胶囊加样回收率为 99.0 7%。日内和日间精密度分别为 1.6 1%和 3.15 %。测定的白芍总苷胶囊中 ,芍药苷的含量结果与HPLC一致。结论 该分析方法简便、快速、准确
Objective To establish a HPLC method for the determination of paeoniflorin in total glucosides of paeony. Methods The assay conditions were as follows: running buffer 50 mmol·L-1 borax buffer (pH 10 .6); operating voltage 20 kV; detection wavelength 2 30 nm. Results The linear range of paeoniflorin was 0. 0 6 2 5 ~ 1.0mg · ml -1, r = 0.995, and the recovery of total glucosides of paeony was 99.0 7%. The intraday and interday precision were 1.6 1% and 3.15 %, respectively. The content of paeoniflorin in the measured total glucosides of paeony was consistent with HPLC. Conclusion This analysis method is simple, fast and accurate
