为了保证罗汉果的质量,我们对烘烤罗汉果的适宜温度进行了探讨,实验结果表明,用50—75℃温度进行加工,罗汉果的质量比较好。
In order to ensure the quality of Luo Han Guo, we discussed the appropriate temperature of baking Mangosteen, the experimental results show that the processing temperature of 50-75 ℃, the quality of Mangosteen is better.
