目的评价嗜麦芽窄食单胞菌全菌灭活苗在小鼠体内的免疫保护性。方法利用甲醛制备嗜麦芽窄食单胞菌全菌灭活苗并免疫小鼠,检测其抗体效价达到要求后,通过体外健康人血调理杀伤实验以及体内攻毒实验评价全菌灭活苗的保护作用。结果在第二次加强免疫后,免疫组血清中特异性Ig G滴度显著增加,其抗血清在体外具有明显的调理杀伤能力;在体内的攻毒实验中也具有显著的保护作用。结论灭活的嗜麦芽窄食单胞菌全菌灭活苗可刺激诱导动物产生体液免疫应答,使小鼠产生有效的免疫保护作用,为进一步探讨嗜麦芽窄食单胞菌全菌灭活疫苗奠定了良好的实验基础。
Objective To evaluate the immunoprotective effect of the killed strain of Stenotrophomonas maltophilia in mice.
