鲁抗集团公司实业公司是一个以生产、加工、服务为一体的,实行独立核算,自负盈亏的集体所有制的劳服企业。自1987年成立以来,该公司十分重视财务管理工作,有意识地发挥公司财务管理工作在生产经营中的组织、指导、监督、协调职能,促进了公司的经济发展。一、“严”——严字当头把好关改革开放给企业带来了生机和活力,同样不正之风给企业带来困扰,面对一些难以把握的政策界限和时有发生的违反财经纪律的现象,从事财会工作的同志们感到,会计难当,管理难搞,制度难坚持。对此,公司从建立健全财务制度,严明财经纪律入手,抓了这样几项工作: 一是严密制度,有章可循。严格遵照国家的政策、规定。重新修订了公司内部的现金管理制度、支票管理制度、差旅费报销制度、职工借款制度、考勤制度、奖金发放制度、接待制度,以及司机出车补助标准等一系列规章制度。使公司全体人员有章可循,财会人员有法可依。
