采用光纤传感技术,建立一种光纤传感技术快速分析甲硝唑片的方法。将探头浸入简单处理的药物溶液中,紫外光通过光纤传输到探头,经溶液吸收后由探头反射回光纤,最终由光纤传输到检测系统,计算机显示扫描的紫外吸收光谱,得出药物含量,同时比较该法与药典方法的一致性。数据处理采用紫外全光谱相似度法对比样品图谱与标准图谱的相似性,探索一种新的鉴别药物真伪的方法。本研究结果表明,本法可获得片剂的紫外光谱,含量测定结果与药典方法比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),相似度可作为快速分析鉴别药物真伪的参数。
