目的 探讨谷保防霉剂对稻谷霉菌的抑杀效果。方法 用现场试验、模拟试验及对霉菌纯培养物熏蒸三种方法测定不同剂量谷保防霉剂对霉菌的抑杀效果。结果 当浓度为 0 .2 %时 ,谷保防霉剂对粮食表面霉菌的抑制率可达 95 .9%,而对稻谷内部霉菌抑杀作用不明显 ;白曲霉有较强的耐受能力。结论 谷保防霉剂能有效防止稻谷受霉菌侵染 ,可应用于仓储粮食保存 ,特别当粮食水份含量高时。
OBJECTIVE To investigate the inhibitory and antiseptic effects of Gu Bao Fang Mildew on rice mold fungus. Methods Field test, simulation test and fumigation of pure fungal culture were used to determine the inhibitory effect of different dosages of Guobao antifungal agents on molds. Results When the concentration was 0.2%, the inhibitory rate of Guobao mildew was 95.9% on the surface mold of the grain, but not obvious on the fungi in the rice. The Aspergillus niger had a strong tolerance ability. Conclusion Gu Bao Fang fungicide can effectively prevent rice from fungal infection can be applied to storage of foodstuffs, especially when the moisture content of grain is high.
