目的研究稀硬木层孔菌(Phellinus robustus)子实体的化学成分。方法采用溶剂法进行提取和萃取,采用色谱和重结晶等方法进行分离纯化,利用波谱法进行结构鉴定。结果从中分离并鉴定了14个化合物,分别为原儿茶醛(1),原儿茶酸(2),香豆素(3),东莨菪苷(4),22E,24-麦角甾-7,22-二烯-3β-醇(5),5α,8α-过氧麦角甾-6,22-二烯-3β醇(6),(22E,24R)-麦角甾烷-5,7,22-三烯-3β醇(7),β-谷甾醇(8),麦角甾4,6,8(14)22-四烯-3-酮(9),(22E-24R)-麦角甾-7,22-二烯-3β,5a,6β三醇(10),胡萝卜苷(11),棕榈酸(12),D-阿洛醇(13)和桑黄素D(14)。结论化合物1~14均为首次从该菌中分离得到。
Objective To study the chemical constituents of Phellinus robustus fruiting body. Methods Extraction and extraction were carried out by solvent method. The constituents were isolated and purified by chromatography and recrystallization. The structures were identified by spectroscopy. Results A total of 14 compounds were isolated and identified as protocatechuic aldehyde (1), protocatechuic acid (2), coumarin (3), scopolamine (4), 22E, 24- (5), 5α, 8α-peroxynicotine-6,22-diene-3β alcohol (6), (22E, 24R) -ergostane-5,7,22 (8), ergostat 4,6,8 (14) 22-tetraen-3-one (9), (22E-24R) -ergosta-7 , 22-diene-3β, 5a, 6β triol (10), daucosterol (11), palmitic acid (12), D-alloyl alcohol (13) and anthracene D (14). Conclusion Compounds 1 ~ 14 were isolated from this strain for the first time.
