鸡西宾馆(二期)为地下二层地上18层框架剪力墙结构。为解决混凝土实际强度未达到设计强度和新增两层荷载引起框架柱设计轴压比超限的问题,开展了PC钢棒加固混凝土柱的设计研究,提出了配置PC钢棒箍筋对混凝土轴心抗压强度设计值增量的计算方法。通过与普通钢筋加固对比得出,PC钢棒加固混凝土柱具有较好的加固效果。本文对PC钢棒加固混凝土柱的设计思路和施工措施做了较为系统的研究,可供同类工程加固设计与施工参考。
Jixi Hotel (Phase II) is a 18-story frame-shear wall structure on the ground floor of the second floor.
