本文考察了煤加氢液化中溶剂油预加氢的影响,结果表明在间歇式高压釜试验中,脱晶蒽油预加氢与不预加氢相比,煤的转化率提高12%左右,油气产率可提高30~37%,用柱层析法和反相高压液相色谱(HPLC)分析了煤液化溶剂及其与煤液化油的混合油样,求得蔡、蒽、菲等11种芳烃的反相HPLC的相对校正因子f值;并对不能完全分离的组分用“变波长”法进行测定。该法也可用于蒽油馏份分析及其加工产品的纯度测定。
This paper examines the effect of pre-hydrogenation of mineral oil in coal liquefaction liquefaction. The results show that in the batch autoclave test, the conversion of anthraquinone is about 12% higher than that without pre-hydrogenation, The yield of oil and gas could be increased by 30-37%.
