Hippo信号通路是一种新型的、高度保守的哺乳动物信号通路,其核心成分的突变和表达改变在多种肿瘤细胞的侵袭、迁移及化疗耐药中发挥重要作用。喉鳞状细胞癌(laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma ,LSCC)是喉癌中最常见的病理学类型,严重危害人类健康及生存质量。近年的研究显示,Hippo信号通路与喉鳞状细胞癌的发生发展密切相关,该信号通路与其它信号通路以及非编码RNA之间的相互作用关系也逐渐得到揭示。针对Hippo通路的新药不断涌现,有望成为治疗SLCC的新策略。围绕着这几个方面,以下针对Hippo信号通路在喉鳞状细胞癌的最新研究进展做一综述。“,”Hippo pathway is a new and highly conserved mammalian signaling pathway, and the mutation and expression change of its core components play an important role in the invasion, migration and chemoradiotherapy resistance of a variety of tumor cells. Laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma (LSCC) is the most common pathological type of laryngeal carcinoma and is a serious threat to human health and quality of life. Recent studies have shown that Hippo pathway is closely related to the occurrence and development of LSCC, and the interaction between this pathway and other signaling pathways as well as non-coding RNA is gradually revealed. New drugs targeting the Hippo pathway are emerging and are expected to be a new strategy for the treatment of SLCC. This review focuses on the recent advances of study about Hippo pathway in SLCC.
