该文首先讨论了土地评价的内容、特点和理论依据，进而提出了地理信息系统支持下土地评价专家模型。该文从设计原则、环境配置、评价指标体系及程序、结构和功能等几个方面对土地评价专家模型进行了研究，最后通过宁夏白林流域的土地评价对系统进行了检验，证明了模型的科学性、可靠性和实用性。该模型的突破点是运行结果自动生成土地评价图和结果数据库。
This paper first discusses the content, characteristics and theoretical basis of land evaluation, and then puts forward the land evaluation expert model supported by GIS. This paper studies the land evaluation expert model from the aspects of design principle, environment configuration, evaluation index system and procedure, structure and function. At last, the paper evaluates the system of land evaluation through the land evaluation of Bailin River Basin in Ningxia. Scientific, reliable and practical. The breakthrough point of this model is that the operation result automatically generates the land evaluation map and the result database.
