为了更好地满足控制系统总检查测试的有效性和覆盖性要求,本文提出了火箭控制系统总检查的闭环测试方案。同时,新一代运载火箭所采用的总线监控单元BMU和箭地高速串行总线LVDS等新技术使方案的实现成为了可能。本文先介绍和论述了方案提出的必要性、原理以及实现的技术支持;接着提出了几点闭环实现的设计思路;最后在某型号火箭控制系统综合实验的基础上搭建了闭环测试平台,对惯组的有效性以及迭代制导算法的适应性进行了系统级的验证,实验表明方案能够很好地满足地面测试的有效性和覆盖性。
In order to better meet the requirements of the validity and coverage of the total inspection control system, this paper presents a closed-loop test program for the total inspection of the rocket control system. At the same time, the new generation of launch vehicle using bus control unit BMU and arrow to high-speed serial bus LVDS and other new technologies to make the program possible. This paper first introduces and discusses the necessity of the program proposed, the principle and the technical support to be achieved; then puts forward several design ideas of the closed-loop implementation; Finally, a closed-loop test platform is built based on the comprehensive experiment of a model rocket control system, The effectiveness of the group and the adaptability of the iterative guidance algorithm are verified at the system level. Experiments show that the scheme can well meet the validity and coverage of the ground test.
