项目简介御翠园别墅是李嘉诚旗下和记黄埔的名盘,也是上海浦东最高档的别墅。它雄踞上海浦东中心地带,毗邻上海最大的世纪公园,别墅区湖水荡漾,小溪流水,一派恬静休闲的园林美景。本别墅建筑地下一层,地上两层,具有20个功能不同的房间,业主是一个三代同堂的大家庭。在设计之初,业主要求所用的智能家居系统要体现出豪宅装修恢弘的美感和时代感,更重要的是要让孩子和年纪大的父母也会使用,为一家三代的日常生活带来极大的方便。
Project Profile Royal Green Villa is Li Ching-cheng’s Hutchison Whampoa name plate, but also the most upscale villas in Shanghai Pudong. It occupies the center of Shanghai Pudong, adjacent to Shanghai’s largest Century Park, villas rippling lake, creek water, quiet and leisurely garden landscape.
