采用多种指标详细揭示1991/1992柑桔大冻的区域差异性以及对生物、人为、前期气候和当时低温等多方面致灾原因进行了深入细致的分析,此次冻害区域分布与1955、1969年类似,即鄂西南轻或未冻(0~2级)、峡外过渡区中等冻害(2~4级)、其它广大地区重冻(3~4级).局部如鄂西北西端、大别山南至汉口以北严重受冻(4~5级)。1991年是大年,结果多,树体损耗大,前期罕见高温干旱,土壤板结,无法施还阳肥,树势弱;“柑桔热”下在不适宜区大量引种;管理粗放,未按抗寒栽培等等,且低温来得早,升降温幅度大,平流、辐射、融雪三方面降温效应叠加造成年极端低温出现,给我省柑桔业致命打击。本文根据此次冻害暴露的许多敏感问题进行了讨论并提出对策。
