红外热成象无损检测方法通过测量物体表面的温度场来确定物体内部结构、性质及缺陷状态,具有灵敏度高、响应速度快、温度测量范围宽、实时观察、检测速度快、照相记录、录象方便等特点。本文着重阐述红外热成象无损检测技术的原理和方法。介绍了我们用瑞典进口的AGA-750、782型仪器在电力、钢铁、石油化工、复合材料等方面进行测温和疲劳试验中解决的若干问题,以及对导弹固体发动机药柱与包复层之间脱粘及气孔的检测。大量试验表明,红外热成象在无损检测中是行之有效的。最后列举了一些应用实例和照片。
