本文运用ELISA法分别测定了9名正常献血员、15例类风关患者血浆及其中3例患者关节积液中的纤维结合蛋白总含量(FNT)、细胞型纤维结合蛋白(FNA+)的含量。结果显示类风关患者血浆中FNA+的含量高于对照组(P>0.05)。53%患者(8例)血浆中FAA+含量高于正常值,而合并有血管炎或干燥综合征的患者FNA+含量明显高于无合并症者(P<0.01)。关节积.液中FNA+与FNT的比值明显高于血浆中FNA+与FNT比值,结果提示,在类风关的病变过程中,关节局部有FNA+生物合成的加快,部分FNA+进而进入血液循环,导致血浆中这一型纤维结合蛋白含量的增高。
In this paper, the content of fibronectin (FNT) and cell-bound fibronectin (FNA) in nine normal blood donors and fifteen patients with rheumatoid arthritis were measured by ELISA. The results showed that the plasma level of FNA + in patients with wind-off was higher than that in the control group (P> 0.05). The plasma levels of FAA + were higher in 53% of patients (8 cases) than in normal controls, while those with vasculitis or Sjogren’s syndrome were significantly higher than those without complications (P <0.01). Joint product. The ratio of FNA + to FNT in fluid was significantly higher than the ratio of FNA + to FNT in plasma. The results suggest that FNA + biosynthesis in the joints is accelerated and some FNA + Type fiber binding protein content increased.
