In this paper, the subject of “the relationship between international commercial law and domestic law” is the subject of the study. Roughly looking at the static relationship between the commonplace international law and domestic law as the research object, it seems as if there is not much newness in its insipidity. However, if we stop ourselves and devote time to a careful study of its contents, we will know that there is quite a lot of room in the book to mean nothing in the depths of a mountain of water.
