本文全面分析了奥氏体/珠光体异种钢接头的结晶及相交特点。结果表明,异种钢接头不同特征区域结晶后的组织及其相变的先后不同,对研究异种钢接头组织形成过程及分析熔化焊过程中氢的扩散行为十分重要。
This paper comprehensively analyzed the characteristics of the austenite / pearlite dissimilar steel joint crystallization and intersection. The results show that the microstructure and phase transformation of dissimilar steel joints in different characteristic regions are different from one another. It is very important to study the formation process of dissimilar steel joints and analyze the hydrogen diffusion in the process of fusion welding.
