针对目前采油过程中防止井漏和井喷措施存在的问题 ,研制了一种自动保护油层井底开关。这种井底开关主要由弹簧支持的浮动阀心和上下两阀座构成 ,可以在井漏或偶发性井喷时 ,通过阀心上下压差的作用自动关闭油层 ,又可以在正常生产中自动打开油层 ,从而保证生产油层不受井喷或井漏的损害。使用时 ,将其与封隔器和其他所需工艺管柱联接 ,安装到油层射孔段以上 ,就可保证正常生产。现场试验表明 ,这种开关性能指标符合设计要求 ,使用情况正常
