目的:了解九年一贯制学校教师的适应性现状。方法:采用自编的开放式问卷和个案访谈的形式对成都市石室双楠实验学校的不同性别、教龄和学历等的教师的适应性的现状进行研究。结果:1.九年一贯制学校教师的适应性总体普遍不高,特别是在教学内容和教学管理方面,超过50%的教师感觉完全不适应;2.男教师比女教师的适应性好;3.教龄越长的教师的适应性越差;4.中学和小学教师适应性差别不大;5.教师所教授的科目不同,教师的适应性也有一些差异;6.学历越高,教师的适应性越好;7.新进教师和原有教师的适应性差别不大。结论:九年一贯制学校的教师的适应性普遍不高,需要进行一定的调整。
Objectives: To understand the status quo of adaptability of teachers in nine-year schools. Methods: The present situation of adaptability of teachers of different genders, teaching ages and qualifications in Chengdu Shishan Shuangnan Experimental School was studied by using self-designed open questionnaires and case interviews. The results showed that: 1. Nine years of consistent school teachers’ adaptability is generally not high, especially in the teaching content and teaching management, more than 50% of the teachers feel completely unsuited; 2 male teachers than female teachers, good adaptability; 3. The worse the adaptability of teachers with longer teaching age is; 4. The adaptability of middle school and primary school teachers is not very different; 5. The subjects taught by teachers are different, and the adaptability of teachers is also somewhat different; The better the adaptability; 7. Adaptation of the new teachers and the original teachers is not very different. Conclusion: The adaptability of teachers in nine-year schools is generally not high and needs some adjustment.
