某型履带式起重机中部平台是连接其上车和下车的关键部件,其与变幅缸和吊臂组成的铰接三角形,直接影响履带式起重机在吊装过程中的稳定性和可靠性。中部平台结构复杂,其安装面和各铰接孔的机加工质量决定其使用性能的优劣。由于中部平台结构尺寸较大,其在大型数控卧式加工中心上加工时。辅助调整时间较长,镗孔和铣面过程中容易出现振刀现象。难以加工出合格产品。因此,需要制作一套中部平台机加工工装。
