目的探讨大鼠先天性隐睾远后期睾丸组织病变特点,为隐睾所致生精障碍提供病理形态学依据。方法应用光镜结合图像分析技术观测18例单侧先天性隐睾和15例正常睾丸病理形态学变化,特殊染色检测间质纤维组织增生,原位末端标记(TUNEL)染色检测细胞凋亡。结果隐睾睾丸重量及指数显著下降,生精小管参数(平均面积、平均周长、平均直径、平均面密度)明显变小,各级生精细胞变性坏死,多核巨细胞形成,生精细胞凋亡率显著增加,间质纤维组织增生。结论先天性隐睾远后期呈现明显病理形态学改变,生精细胞凋亡和多核巨细胞形成是隐睾远后期所致生精障碍的主要途径。
Objective To investigate the characteristics of distal testicular tissue in congenital cryptorchidism in rats and to provide histopathological evidence for the dysgenesis of spermatogenesis induced by cryptorchidism. Methods 18 cases of unilateral cryptorchidism and 15 cases of normal testicular histopathology were observed by light microscopy and image analysis technique. The interstitial fibrosis and interstitial fibrosis were detected by special staining, and apoptosis was detected by TUNEL staining. Results The weight and index of testicular cryptorchid were significantly decreased. The parameters of seminiferous tubules (average area, average circumference, mean diameter and average areal density) were obviously decreased. The spermatogenic cells at all levels degenerated and necrotic, the multinucleated giant cells formed, Mortality increased significantly, interstitial fibrosis. Conclusions The pathological changes of distal part of congenital cryptorchidism are obvious. The apoptosis of spermatogenic cells and the formation of multinucleated giant cells are the main pathways of spermatogenic dysfunction caused by far and late cryptorchidism.
