智能泵在正常工作中,会受到计算机指令的控制,还会受到负载变化对其产生的干扰。智能泵随指令和负载调节工作状态是其性能的关键,要评估和提高该性能必须弄清楚智能泵的整个调节过程。对机载液压系统进行了整体分析,研究了负载作用于智能泵的原理,在AMESim软件中用外力和节流作用模拟负载,对智能泵的工作过程进行了仿真。仿真结果表明:智能泵对指令和负载作用的变化有良好的调节效果,由这两种调节效果可以方便地评估出智能泵性能的优劣,为提高其性能打下了基础。
Intelligent pump in normal work, will be subject to computer control instructions, but also by the load changes on its interference. Intelligent pump with command and load regulation work status is the key to its performance, to assess and improve the performance must be able to figure out the whole intelligent pump regulation process. The whole analysis of the onboard hydraulic system is carried out. The principle of the load acting on the smart pump is studied. In the AMESim software, the load is simulated by external forces and throttling, and the working process of the smart pump is simulated. The simulation results show that the intelligent pump has a good regulation effect on the changes of the instruction and the load, and the advantages and disadvantages of the intelligent pump can be easily evaluated by the two regulation effects, laying a foundation for improving the performance of the intelligent pump.
