针对当前中职幼师专业学生的学习现状,结合学生就业的岗位特征,在课程内容、教学方法上进行调整,突破传统的观念,把理论与实践相结合,以学生为中心,通过“校”“校”合作,即中职学校与幼儿园的合作,把学生带到幼儿园,并把岗位对幼儿教师的要求融入课程的安排及设置中。
In view of the current situation of the study of the kindergarten majors in vocational schools and postgraduates, combined with the job characteristics of the students’ employment, the author adjusts the curriculum content and teaching methods, breaks through the traditional conceptions, combines the theory and the practice, takes students as the center, “” School "cooperation, that is, secondary vocational schools and kindergartens, to bring students to kindergarten, and the position of kindergarten teachers into the curriculum requirements and settings.
