通过在无公害茶园喷施不同浓度的水杨酸甲酯(MeSA)水溶液,利用黄色粘虫板调查了MeSA诱导茶树后对茶园主要害虫和天敌的影响。结果显示:MeSA处理24h后,对茶园主要害虫及其天敌的种群数量影响不大;处理48h后,茶园主要害虫——假眼小绿叶蝉的数量明显降低(P<0.05),而瓢虫、蜘蛛、寄生峰和寄蝇等主要天敌的种群数量则明显增加(P<0.05)。表明外源MeSA能够诱导茶树对害虫产生明显的抗性,进而影响茶园内害虫及其主要天敌的种群密度。
The effect of MeSA on the main pests and natural enemies in tea plantations was investigated by spraying different concentrations of methyl salicylate (MeSA) in the tea plantation without pollution. The results showed that after 24 h of treatment with MeSA, the population of major pests and their natural enemies in tea plantations was not affected significantly. After 48 h of treatment, the number of major pests in the tea plantation, Pseudoperonospora crassa, was significantly reduced (P <0.05) The populations of major natural enemies such as spiders, parasitic peaks and flies were significantly increased (P <0.05). It showed that exogenous MeSA can induce obvious resistance of tea plant to pests and further affect population densities of pests and their major natural enemies in tea plantation.
