武术运动的内涵和外延是动态的,彰显武术的本质属性即技击性再次成为了人们争论的焦点话题。本文运用了多种方法,对南拳运动在中小学中的开展思路加以分析,得出的结论是:南拳进入中小学课堂的普及思路是争取校外援助,多种授课形式并存,武术段位制教学内容和形式有助于中小学校的武术教学。可采用的方法是遵循南拳运动技能形成的规律,注重学练南拳的系统性;增加各种形式和内容的交流活动,给中小学生营造一个良好的学练南拳的氛围;注重对学生意志品质、武德伦理等精神层面的教育等。
