发展乡村旅游是解决“三农”问题的突破口,是推动农村经济发展,促进城乡和谐的新途径。特色饮食文化是乡村旅游的重要组成部分。凉山州是全国最大的彝族聚居区,彝族饮食文化独具特色,是彝区旅游体验的重要组成部分,但由于受多种因素制约,这一资源应有价值未得充分体现。因此,凉山州乡村旅游开发过程中最关键的问题之一是如何让富含少数民族特色的饮食文化资源更好的转化为经济资源,服务于当地新农村建设。本文审视了凉山州彝族饮食文化旅游开发现状,结合彝区新农村建设,提出了系列具有操作性的开发策略。
The development of rural tourism is a breakthrough to solve the “three rural issues” and is a new way to promote rural economic development and promote the harmony between urban and rural areas. Characteristic food culture is an important part of rural tourism. Liangshan Prefecture is the largest concentration of Yi nationality in the country. The Yi nationality has unique food culture and is an important part of the tourism experience in the Yi region. Due to many factors, the value of this resource is not adequately represented. Therefore, one of the most crucial issues in the process of rural tourism development in Liangshan Prefecture is how to better convert the food and cultural resources rich in ethnic minorities into economic resources and serve the new local rural construction. This paper examines the status quo of the tourism development of the Yi people food culture in Liangshan Prefecture and proposes a series of operational development strategies in combination with the new rural construction in Yi District.
