目的 :本实验仅就家兔同种异体异位卵巢移植中所见的退行性改变的原因进行探讨。方法 :把去势的雌性成年家兔随机分为 4组 :第Ⅰ组卵巢组织包埋组 ;第Ⅱ组异体卵巢移植加 /不加免疫抑制药组 ;第Ⅲ组自体移植组 ;第Ⅳ组单纯免疫抑制剂组 ;第Ⅴ组正常对照组。将带血管蒂的卵巢经显微血管吻合异体移植于腹股沟部。定期取出移植物观察大体情况和镜下形态学改变。结果 :第Ⅰ组发生明显的退行性改变 ;第Ⅱ组出现不同程度的退行性改变。不用药组更明显 ,并且随着观察时间的延长 ,这种改变逐渐加重 ;第Ⅲ组有轻度的退行性改变 ;第Ⅳ组也存在轻度退行性改变。结论 :血供障碍 ,免疫排斥反应 ,免疫抑制药可造成移植卵巢退行性改变。
OBJECTIVE: The purpose of this study was to investigate the causes of degenerative changes seen in allogeneic ovarian transplantation in rabbits. Methods: Female castrated female rabbits were randomly divided into 4 groups: group Ⅰ ovarian tissue embedding group; group Ⅱ allogeneic ovarian transplantation plus / without immunosuppressive drug group; group Ⅲ autologous transplantation group; group Ⅳ Simple immunosuppressant group; group Ⅴ normal control group. The vasa vasorum of the ovary by microvascular anastomosis allograft in the groin. Regular removal of the graft was observed and microscopic morphological changes. Results: The degenerative changes of group Ⅰ occurred obviously. The degenerative changes of group Ⅱ occurred in different degrees. No obvious change was observed in the drug-free group, and with the extension of observation time, the change gradually aggravated; group Ⅲ had mild degenerative changes; group Ⅳ also had slight degenerative changes. Conclusion: Blood supply disorders, immune rejection and immunosuppressive drugs can cause degenerative changes in ovarian transplantation.
