本文对因金属熔附烤瓷修复体修复后出现并发症或者失败而就诊的１０２例作分析报道。其临床表现有：牙髓炎、尖周炎、牙龈炎、瓷裂或瓷剥离、修复体松动脱落和修复变色等。从临床检查中发现上述问题的产生原因，绝大部分是由于临床或技术室操作失误所致。由此提示认真做好烤瓷修复过程中的每一个技术环节，不仅能保证修复体的质量，而且能克服目前应用的材料的局限性，从而求得良好的疗效。
This article on the metal-fused ceramic restoration of complications or failure to see the doctor for treatment of 102 cases reported. The clinical manifestations are: pulpitis, periapical inflammation, gingivitis, porcelain or porcelain stripping, prosthesis loose off and repair discoloration. From the clinical examination found that the causes of the above problems, the vast majority of the clinical or technical room due to operational errors. This prompted to do a good job in every process of porcelain repair process, not only to ensure the quality of the prosthesis, but also to overcome the limitations of the current application of materials, so as to obtain good effect.
