砷化镓是当代信息技术发展的重要支撑材料之一,使用及生产过程中会产生相当多的废料,本文主要针对这些废料利用真空冶金的方法回收稀散金属镓进行了理论分析和实验研究。在1173K、真空度小于1Pa、保温三个小时条件下得到了含镓大于99.9%的金属,无污染、流程短的真空蒸馏法是处理砷化镓废料的有效方法。
Gallium arsenide is one of the important supporting materials for the development of modern information technology. There will be a considerable amount of waste generated during its use and production. This paper mainly analyzes the theoretical analysis and experimental research on the recovery of rare-earth gallium by vacuum metallurgy. At 1173K, the vacuum degree is less than 1Pa, and the metal containing more than 99.9% of gallium is obtained under the condition of keeping the temperature for three hours. The vacuum distillation with a short process is an effective method for processing gallium arsenide waste.
