前牙的折裂缺损,变色牙,小牙畸形等,是口腔科常见病,患者往往迫切要求治疗修复。目前可供前牙修复的材料种类很多,但都有许多局限性。聚碳酸酯冠是近几年出现的新材料,经过临床使用,具有较高的抗压强度和抗弯度,状态逼真,美观,易操作等优点。作者应用聚碳酸酯冠进行了205颗前牙的修复,收到良好的效果。资料与方法 1.病例选择:1991~1993年因各种原因引起的前牙牙冠折裂缺损,前牙牙釉质发育不全加缺损,前牙小牙畸形和前牙间隙大于4mm以上,共123人205颗牙齿。其中男92人,女31人。中切牙131颗(63.9%)、侧切牙43颗(20.97%)、尖牙31颗(15.12%)。所修复的牙齿均为上前牙,为正中咬(牙合)位。 2.材料:所使用的村料是美国3M公司的Ion—聚碳酸酯成品齿冠。分为中切牙,侧切牙,尖牙三类共40种型号进行选择。粘固剂为无酸水门汀,氧化锌丁香水门汀。

The author applied polycarbonate crown 205 anterior teeth repair, received good results. Materials and Methods 1. Case Selection: From 1991 to 1993 for a variety of reasons caused anterior crown fracture, anterior tooth enamel hypoplasia plus defects, anterior small tooth deformity and anterior gap greater than 4mm, a total of 123 205 Teeth. Among them, there are 92 males and 31 females. There were 131 (63.9%) incisors, 43 (20.97%) incisors and 31 (15.12%) canines. The restoration of the teeth are the upper anterior teeth, the median bite (occlusal) bit. 2. Material: The material used in the village is the United States 3M's Ion-polycarbonate crown. Divided into central incisor, lateral incisor, canine a total of 40 kinds of models to choose from. Cement is acid-free cement, zinc oxide lilac cement.
