报载:第二汽车制造厂努力在职工中普及创造学,通过学习“智力激励技法”、“类比技法”、“缺点列举技法”等知识,开发职工的创造力,取得了显著的效果。全厂涌现出大批积极提合理化建议、搞技术革新的“小诸葛”“智多星”,仅去年就实现技术革新5374项,创收2869万元。(见1990 7月5日《中国汽车报》)笔者以为,此举实为一条上策。
According to the report, the second automobile manufacturer strives to popularize creativity among employees, and has achieved remarkable results by developing knowledge about “intellectual stimulation techniques,” “analogy techniques,” and “defective techniques.” A large number of “small Zhuge” and “intellectual multi-star” companies that actively promote rationalization proposals and engage in technological innovation have emerged in the whole plant. Last year alone, 5374 technological innovations were achieved and the revenue generated was 28.69 million yuan. (See the “China Auto News” on July 5, 1990) The author believes that this is indeed a best policy.
