我班有个小男孩叫于恒。在我的眼中,他聪明有余但学习一直不是很好,而且他爱生气,动不动就和别的同学发生冲突,辱骂同学更是家常便饭。为此,我想尽了办法来帮助他、教育他,但收效甚微。所以,当时的我偏激地认为:这样一个学生是哪位老师都教育不好的。但后来发生了一件事让我改变了对他的看法,也让我对教师这一工作有了更深的认识。那是一个周五的下午,我布置了一项语文作业,让每一个学生在周末为自己的妈妈做一件力所能及的家务事,并写成一篇作文。到周一的时候,于恒一个人主动来到了我的办公室,
