近十余年来,肿瘤细胞染色体的研究日益深入.发现肿瘤细胞的染色体多呈异倍体型,有的发现了标记染色体.例如:慢性粒细胞白血病,发现了标记染色体Ph~1,即22号染色体一个长臂缺失,碎片易位到9号染色体的长臂上.脑膜瘤,表现为G组中22号丢失一个染色体.视网膜胚细胞瘤,在病人中特定的染色体的异常同样发生率较高,即13号染色体中的一个长臂部分缺失.滋养细胞肿瘤在染色体方面虽未发现有可供标记的特点,但也有一些初步观察的报道,现介绍如下.一、滋养细胞肿瘤的性染色质
